Crafting FAQs

We accept credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

Orders ship in 1-3 days; delivery times vary.

Yes, we take returns up to 14 day from the time you received the item.  Please contact us before returning an item.  We do not pay for the return shipping but we will refund the product cost. 

We do have some products that ship for free but most products have a $5.00 shipping fee. 

Please give the package at least a week to be delivered.   All products are tracked and you will receive a tracking number when the package it sent.  If the package gets lost for some reason rest assured we will refund all your money.  Feel free to contact us for any problems and concerns you may have.  

All items are handmade and we take great care in insuring that the items are not defective.  But for some reason something happens please contact us to work it out and your money can be refunded, if there is a problem.  Thank you.  We value your business and will try everything to resolve your concerns.
